The quote: "Food is our common ground, a universal experience." -James Beard. This really stood out because it is soo true, and it is for any culture where food is the centerpiece. Whenever families have a reunion, food is involved. Whenever different countries or cultures get together, there is food will always be shared. I think it is just something we can all agree on doing, while going over business, being with family, or simply sharing cultures. I personally, love food, and always enjoy going out with people and eating, it's a good way to be with people, eat good food and have fun.
